Ryan DePersio is back at Kings with a brand new Spring Menu. He’s worked in the kitchens of some of the biggest names in New York: David Bouley, Bill Telepan and Jean­ Georges Vongerichten. His restaurant, Fascino in Montclair, became a foodie favorite from the instant it opened in 2003. Since he was here, Chef DePersio has opened two new restaurants ­ NICO Kitchen + Bar, and Bar Cara.
