Kitchen Basics
Gain more confidence in your cooking and develop a solid foundation of skills with this full participation class. Class One will concentrate on basic knife skills, working with produce, soup making and egg cookery and an introduction to baking. This class will feature information on cooking equipment, the well-stocked pantry and much, much more. Class Two will concentrate on grilling, sauteing and roasting. This class will feature these three important techniques while providing you with hands on experience.
