Garlic Chives

Garlic chives can be used like regular chives when you want to add a subtle garlic flavor in uncooked dishes where raw garlic would be too overwhelming. This herb is a great replacement for garlic salts and powdered garlic as well. Garlic chives are particularly good in Asian dishes especially soups. Finely chopped blades are a nice complement to stir-fries and egg dishes.
