4-6 oz. Chef Lala Homemade Tequila Lime Cilantro Marinade
1 Pound Kings Skirt Steaks
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Juice and Zest of 1 lime
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1-2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
¼ Cup Chopped Italian Parsley
2 Shallots, peeled and minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
Preheat grill on high
1. Blend olive oil, lime juice and zest, herbs, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic and shallots. Reserve for later.
2. Marinate Kings Skirt Steaks with Chef Lala's marinade for 30 minutes. Place on preheated grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Slice steak against the grain. Present on a large platter and drizzle with Chimichurri dressing.
