Bananas Sauteed with Chocolate Syrup

6 Tablespoons Kings Organic Unsalted Butter
1/3 Cup Dark Rum
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
8 Bananas, peeled, halved & split
1/2 Cup Kings Pecans, broken & toasted
Vanilla Ice Cream
2-3 Tablespoons Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup

  1. In a 12-inch skillet, melt the butter on medium heat.
  2. Add the rum and lemon juice and cook until syrupy.
  3. Add the bananas in a single layer and cook, basting occasionally. Do not stir!
  4. Bananas are done when they begin to look translucent.
  5. Serve the bananas over ice cream topped with toasted pecan pieces and Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup.
