12 Ounces White Mushrooms, brushed clean
¼ Cup Scallions, minced
2 Tablespoons Kings Organic Butter
½ Cup Bleu Cheese, crumbled
¼ Cup Breadcrumbs
3 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Italian Parsley
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1. Slice the mushrooms, thin.
2. Heat a large sauté pan and sauté the sliced mushroom and scallions in the butter until soft. Stir in the cheese and ¼ cup of breadcrumbs. Season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
