4 Tablespoons Kings Organic Butter
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 cups of your favorite sparkling water (you can substitute water with sprite and or 7 UP)
1 ½ pounds Kings Baby carrots
2 teaspoons fresh dill weed (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1. In a heavy saucepan, heat butter over medium heat.
2. Add chicken broth, sparkling water and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring often, add baby carrots and cook about 8-0 minutes until tender. Stir in the dill weed and remove from heat.
3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, Serve warm
