
Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
1 Cup Fresh, Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
2 Tablespoons Finely Minced or Pressed Garlic
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Sherry Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse to combine the ingredients and chop them. Do not puree!
