1 Package Mini Phyllo Tart Shells (15 shells per package)
4 Ounces Brie
5 Tablespoons Fig Preserves or Chutney
15 Kings Pecan halves, toasted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
1. Place the tart shells into mini-muffin pans, or place them on a parchment lined sheet pan.
2. Cut the brie into small cubes -- about 1/2-inch square.
3. Spoon 1 teaspoon preserves into each tart shell. Top with a cube of brie and Pecan half.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
