24 Baby Bok Choys, rinsed and drained well
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Soy Honey Glaze:
1 Cup Light Soy Sauce
½ Cup Honey
3 Sprigs of Thyme
Preheat grill on high
1. Toss bok choy with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Place soy sauce, honey and thyme in a saucepan and slowly reduce by half under a low flame.
3. Place bok choy on grill and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and top with soy honey glaze.
