Grilled Lobster Tails in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 Cup olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
4 Small garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ Cup basil leaves
6 Medium KINGS lobster tails, thawed
28 Oz can whole plum peeled tomatoes
Salt
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

1. Sauté onion in hot oil until lightly browned, about 6 minutes. Add in garlic and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

2. Stir crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, salt, and black pepper; simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add lobster tails into sauce; cook until shells turn bright red, 10-12 minutes.

3. Remove lobster tails from sauce and shake excess sauce off the shells. If desired, remove lobster meat from shells and stir into sauce or serve lobster pieces separately.
