Grilled Summer Fruit Bruschetta


1 large loaf of unseeded Italian bread, cut in half
2 ripe peaches, cut in half and remove pit
2 ripe apricots, cut in half and remove pit
1 ripe plum, cut in half and remove pit
1 pint of blueberries
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1/4 stick sweet butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
KINGS Organic Fresh Mint for garnish
Bourbon cream
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp bourbon


Preheat grill on medium
1. Grill sliced bread until golden brown.
2. Gently toss peaches, apricots and plums with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Grill only on cut sides until golden brown, remove from grill and add to the platter.
3. Place strawberries and blueberries into a bowl and add remaining sugar, toss to coat.
4. Cut peaches, plums and apricots into bite size cuts and toss all the fruits together. Top onto grilled bread and garnish with mint and cinnamon.
5. Whip cream with sugar and bourbon and serve with grilled fruit bruschetta.
