3 Ounces deli ham
1 Ounce Havarti cheese
½ Ounce mayonnaise
1 Ounce deli mustard
1 Ciabatta roll, cut in half
1. Spread mayo of bottom half of Ciabatta bread.
2. Layer on deli ham and Havarti cheese.
3. Slice pickle lengthwise into 3 to 4 slices. Place over Havarti cheese. Top with deli mustard and season with fresh pepper to taste.
4. Cover with top piece of Ciabatta bread, and toast or press sandwich.
