Ingredients

1 lb Haricots Verts, Trimmed
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Basil
2 Tablespoons Minced Shallots
1 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice and Zest
1 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice and Zest
2 Tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice and Zest
2 Tablespoons Crème Fraiche
1 Tablespoons Clover Honey
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1 Pint Roasted Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Pine Nuts, Toasted

Preparation

1. Cook haricots verts in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain.

2. Combine Crème Fraiche, citrus juices and zest with basil in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add Haricots Verts and roasted tomatoes; toss gently to coat. Divide mixture evenly among 6 plates; sprinkle with nuts and season with salt and pepper.
