Honeycrisp Apple Caramel Topping


1 Pound Sugar

2 Ounces Water

4 Ounces Corn Syrup

8 Ounces Heavy Cream, room temperature

4 Ounces Kings Organic Butter

2 Honeycrisp Apples, cut into cubes

Vanilla Ice Cream

1 -2 Cups Whipped Cream


1. Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan.

2. Cook over medium heat until it becomes caramel in color.

3. Remove from heat, add cream and return to heat.  Stir.

4. Remove from heat and stir in butter.  When melted, add apple chunks.

5. Spoon over ice cream.

6. Top with whipped cream.
