Dubliner Cheddar Cheese Corn Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Cornmeal
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Shredded Irish Stout Dubliner Cheddar Cheese
1 Egg, beaten
1 Stick Kings Organic Butter, melted
1 Cup Kings Organic Milk
1/4  Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degress.

1. Mix dry ingredients together in medium bowl, then add Irish Stout Dubliner Cheddar Cheese and mix.

2. In a separate bowl, mix egg, butter, milk and vanilla together. Add this to the flour and Irish Stout Dubliner Cheddar Cheese mixture and stir together.

3. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes.

4. Remove from oven and let cool on a bakers cooling rack.
