4 Whole Lobsters
2 Cans Dark Beer
1 Bay Leaf
2 Shallots, minced
Salt and Pepper
1. In a large saucepan, over medium to high heat, bring the beer to a boil; add in bay leaf, salt, pepper and minced shallots.
2. Strain into a new sauce pan.
3. Place lobster in saucepan and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
4. Remove cooked lobster and serve with crusty French bread.
