Mango Basil Dipping Sauce

2 Small Mangoes, peeled , seeded and chopped
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Kings Organic Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Pinch of Freshly Ground Pepper
5 KINGS Organic Fresh Basil Leaves, thinly sliced

Pulse mangoes, lemon rind and juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Fold in basil.

Serve with Shrimp for dipping.
