2 Pints beautiful strawberries -- with stems
6 Ounces bittersweet chocolate
3 Ounces white chocolate
1. Melt both chocolates separately in their own bowl over very hot water (not boiling), stirring occasionally.
2. Clean strawberries leaving stems intact. Dry thoroughly.
3. Put melted dark chocolate in a small deep bowl. Dip strawberries into chocolate so that most of the berry is coated, but not all! Shake off excess chocolate and place on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Place in refrigerator until chocolate sets.
4. Put melted white chocolate in zip lock bag (not pleated). Snip a tiny corner of one end of the bag and drizzle over the dark chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
