1 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Orange Zest
1 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Grapefruit Zest
1/4 Cup Kings Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Raspberry Vinegar
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
6-8 Cups Green or Red leaf lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
1/4 Cup Finely Snipped Chives
1/4 Cup Parsley Leaves
2 Tablespoons Chopped Salted Kings Pistachios
2 Pink Grapefruit, Sections Only
1 Kings Jumbo Orange, Peeled and Sections Only
1. Whisk together ingredients and set aside
2. Gently toss the greens, chives and parsley leaves in a large bowl with the vinaigrette just to coat.
3. Arrange the greens on 6 chilled plates. Divide the citrus sections and place around the greens. Garnish with pistachios. Serve immediately.
