One Prepared 12-inch Pizza Crust (store bought or homemade)
1/3 Cup Pesto (with basil)
1 Pound Joan of Arc Brie Cheese, rind removed, sliced thin (1 1/2 cups)
2 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and sliced thin
Olive Oil Spray
Place rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees.
1. Spread dough evenly and place pizza crust on a 12” pan. Spread pesto evenly over prepared crust, leaving a 1/2 inch rim. Arrange Brie cheese evenly over pesto. Arrange jalapeno peppers evenly over cheese.
2. Place pizza on center of shelf in oven and bake for 10 minutes Remove from oven, let rest 3 minutes, slice, and serve.
Note: To use a pizza stone: Heat stone according to the manufacturer’s directions and place pre¬baked crust topped with sauce and cheese on preheated stone. Bake until crust is crisp and topping is cooked.
