2 oz Kings organic Boursin cheese, soften
2 oz Kings full fat organic Greek yogurt
2 tbls Kings organic bleu cheese crumbles
A bit of finely chopped KINGS Organic Fresh Rosemary and KINGS Organic Fresh Chives
¼ cup Kings fresh organic Arugula leaves
2 ripe Kings organic Anjou pears, core removed (use a melon baller) and sliced into ¼” rounds tossed with a bit of lemon juice to keep from browning
Strips of thinly cut Kings organic Parma prosciutto, available form our Kings deli department
Fresh black pepper
1. Whisk together Boursin cheese with yogurt, bleu cheese, and herbs. Mix with Arugula.
2. Layout sliced pears with Boursin cheese/ Arugula mixture and top with prosciutto strips.
3. Garnish with a grinding of fresh black pepper.
