6 Cups Quinoa, cooked
1 Cup Golden Raisins
1/2 Cup Carrot, diced
1/2 Cup Green Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Celery, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 Cup Green Pepper, diced
1/4 Cup Sweet Red Pepper, diced
1 Cup Sliced Kings Almonds
1/4 Teaspoon KINGS Organic Fresh Oregano
Salt, to taste
1. Sauté all vegetables in ¼ cup olive oil until soft, stir in oregano.
2. Add sautéed vegetables to cooked hot quinoa, mixing well. Add salt to taste.
3. Toast almonds in heavy skillet until lightly golden. Add almonds and raisins and mix.
4. Drizzle with balance of olive oil.
