1 Pound Brussels Sprouts
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
¼ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
½ Pound Bacon
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
1. Trim stem end of Brussels sprouts, removing any discolored outer leaves. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan and roast for about 35-40 minutes, until tender and crisp on outside. Stir the Brussels sprouts occasionally so they brown evenly.
2. Cook bacon until crisp. Break into 1-inch pieces.
3. Sprinkle additional Kosher salt on finished Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
