Slow Roasted Grape Tomatoes

2 Pints Organic Grape Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Shallots, minced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Pinch Sugar
Pinch Salt

Preheat oven to 250 Degrees.

1. In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, olive oil, shallots, garlic, sugar, and salt.
2. Place on a rimmed baking sheet lined with non-stick aluminum foil and roast 1 hour until tomatoes are wrinkled and fragrant.
