Spaghetti Squash with Parmesan Cheese

1 Spaghetti Squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 Cup coarsely chopped Kings Walnuts, Toasted
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons Chopped KINGS Organic Fresh Sage
1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Italian Parsley
2 Teaspoon Kings Organic Butter, melted
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

1. Season squash with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the squash, cut side down, in a large foil lined baking dish.
2. Bake the squash in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Let cool.
3. Scrape flesh of squash from the rind using a fork and place in a bowl. Add the walnuts, parmesan cheese, sage, parsley, butter, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
