1 Package 8 Ounce Light Cream Cheese, at room temperature
¼ Cup Ricotta Cheese, at room temperature
¼ Cup Confectioner’s Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
24 Large Driscoll Organic Strawberries
¼ Cup Chopped Toasted Kings Almonds
1. In bowl of a food processor combine cream cheese, ricotta, sugar and extract. Place mixture in a pastry bag with a small star tip.
2. With a small melon baller cut out a cavity into the side of each strawberry.
3. Pipe cream cheese mixture into berries and sprinkle with almonds.
