3 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons Kings Organic Butter
1/4 Cup Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoons grated ginger
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
6 Salmon filets, about 6 oz. each
Preheat grill to medium heat.
1. In a small sauce pan, melt the brown sugar, honey and butter over medium heat.
2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger. Let cool.
3. Brush salmon with canola oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the salmon on the grill. Coat the flesh of the salmon with the brown sugar mixture.
4. Grill for 5 or 6 minutes, turn and grill another 4-5 minutes. Glaze the salmon with the remaining sauce and serve.
