Ingredients

2 - 9 Ounce Packages Urbani Tartufi Pasta
1 - 3 Ounce Container Truffle butter
Salt
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.

2. Place the truffle butter in a large pan over low heat and cook until warmed through.

3. Cook the pasta until it is slightly al dente. Drain and add the pasta to the pan with the truffle butter. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss to combine. Serve immediately with more grated cheese on the side.
