1 Package Frozen Puff Pastry
½ Pound Sliced Imported Ham
½ Pound Sliced Provolone Cheese
Dijon Mustard, optional
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
1. Thaw puff pastry and unroll on to a cutting board. Cut each sheet into three equal rectangles along the fold lines. Roll each piece with a rolling pin to slightly thin out dough.
2. Place ham and Provolone cheese in the center of the bottom half of the rectangle. Fold the top half over and crimp all 3 sides, pressing firmly to seal. For a better seal, dab water along the edges of the pastry before sealing.
3. Transfer the sandwiches to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes.
