Julie Harrington is a New Jersey-based registered dietitian and chef, nationally recognized as a food and nutrition expert. After receiving her degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, she completed her dietetic internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth. Cooking — and the connection it brings — gives Julie joy. Her passion is to educate others about nutrition and give them the tools needed to build confidence in the kitchen.
