In a small saucepan, combine pitted stone fruit, sugar and your favorite spices (we suggest cinnamon and lemon zest) with enough water to just cover the fruit. Stir over medium-high heat until fruit is softened, about 10 minutes. Spoon over High Road Bourbon Burnt Sugar Ice Cream and enjoy!
