•Cauliflower: Drizzle with olive oil & grill 2-3 mins per side.
•Romaine Lettuce: Prepare hearts with vinaigrette & herbs and grill until lightly browned on each side.
•Eggplant: Cut into 3/4 inch slices, top with butter, garlic & seasoning, and grill approx. 10 mins total.
•Zucchini: Brush with olive oil, garlic powder & salt, grill 3-4 mins each side
•Corn: Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Grill for 15 to 20 mins until kernels are tender.
•Lemon: Cut into 1/2 slices and grill for 3 mins.
