Santa Claus Melon
The flesh of Santa Claus melons is pale green to white in color and has a succulent texture with a mildly sweet flavor. Perfect for dessert preparations, such as fruit salads, tarts, sorbets and sauces.
Honey Kiss Melon
These melons have a refreshing light crisp texture. The sweetest, best tasting melons have brown spots due to their high sugar content. Serve cut into chilled cubes or melon balls.
Canary Melons have a distinctively sweet flavor that is slightly tangier than a Honeydew melon. The flesh is white and looks like that of a pear, but is softer and tastes similar to Cantaloupe.
