Chai Candied Pecan Apple Pops
16 oz pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tbsp chai spice
10 oz white chocolate melting wafers
3 honey crisp apples

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine chai spice, sugars, and salt in a bowl. Beat 1 egg white and pour over pecans. Then add sugar mixture to coat pecans. Add to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove pecans from the oven and chop them into tiny bits. Then slice apples and set aside. Melt white chocolate according to package instructions.
Add skewers to apples (optional) and then dip into white chocolate. Sprinkle with pecans and allow to dry on parchment paper.
Drizzle caramel on top!
