Garlic Herb Compound Butter

1 hour, 15 min

1 stick of butter, softened

1 1/2 tsp lemon zest

1/2 tsp salt

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp shallots, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 1/2 tsp fresh sage, chopped

1/4 tsp black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log.

Twist ends to seal well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Slice into rounds and enjoy on steaks, vegetables or bread.
