
Grilled Flatiron Steak With Chipotle Lime Marinade
Ingredients
1-16 ounce Flatiron steak
1/2 cup Chipotle Lime Marinade
Salt and pepper
Directions
Place meat in a resealable plastic bag, and pour in marinade. Let meat sit for 1 hour, or up to overnight in the refrigerator. Scrape off excess marinade, and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes each side, or to desired temperature, and rest for 3 minutes before cutting against the grain.
