Holiday Movie Snack Board

Recipe by Sarah Copeland of Edible Living

All good cheese boards employ a wide variety in juxtaposing flavors, sizes, shapes and textures. For this holiday movie board, we started by thinking about what we would eat at the movies…so of course, popcorn and chocolate covered nuts were musts. But then since we wanted to have dinner and a movie too, we went for the savory options with the star of our show the sweetest flower-shaped Dorothy’s Sweet Dreaming impossibly delicious soft cheese. With a nod to the holidays, a huge variety of chocolate-covered pretzels are in stock—so we grabbed the prettiest ones—plus what’s a holiday without a little pile of Hanukkah gelt? These adorable gold chocolate coins add just the right level of fancy. It’s satsuma season, so make sure you grab the prettiest ones with leaves still on, and a great bunch of red grapes—which make the prettiest foil for the plump green Castelvetrano olives that we’re crazy for. And don’t forget the Ritz! There’s no substitute for that buttery crunch.

Here’s a little shopping list to get you started:
