Honey Soy Chilean Sea Bass

6 pieces Chilean sea bass, 8 ounces each

3/4 cup soy sauce 

3/4 cup honey 

1/2 cup scallions, sliced thin on the bias 

Salt and pepper 


Season fish lightly on all sides with salt and black pepper. Whisk together the honey and the soy sauce. Marinate the sea bass in the mixture for at least 1 hour. 

Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove fish from marinade and place in an oven safe baking dish. Drizzle some of the marinade on top of the fish. Place fish in oven for 12-15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F. (Honey and soy mixture will reduce and caramelize on the fish, so the fish should be a deep brown color). Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
