1 box MANSI® Premium Calamansi Juice
4 oz Light or White Rum
6 teaspoons sugar
24 Mint Leaves
1 ½ cup crushed ice
Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a small pitcher.
Add Mansi, rum and ice.
Pour into 3 highball glasses.
Top each one with a splash of soda water, then give them a quick stir.
