Mulled Wine with Apple, Pomegranate, and Cinnamon
1(750 ml) bottle Old Vine Garnacha
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup organic honey
2-3 cinnamon sticks
2 Honeycrisp apples, quartered
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Add the red wine, pomegranate juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, apples, and pomegranate seeds to a pot and heat over medium high heat.
Bring to a low simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Strain and serve.
Do not boil the wine, or you will lose the alcohol content.
