1/2oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Rosemary Infused agave syrup
1/2 oz guava juice

Mix equal parts agave and water to a small sauce pan. Add entire sprigs of rosemary. Allow mixture to come to a boil and allow to sit for 30min or overnight in the fridge. Strain out rosemary.
Fill a rocks glass with ice
In your cocktail shaker, pour in the first four ingredients. Add ice, place your shaker top on and shake until cold.
Use a strainer to pour your cocktail into the glass.
Top with Lemon Kombucha.
