Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 ounces goat cheese, softened

1 stick unsalted butter, softened

1 tablespoon dark rumĀ 

2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree

3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, goat cheese, butter, rum and confectioners' sugar with an electric mixer. Gradually add the pumpkin, pie spice, vanilla and cinnamon and beat until smooth. Chill and serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit.
