Shrimp & Salmon Burger


Horseradish remoulade is packed into our Shrimp & Salmon Burger for a peppery punch to a classic summer seafood favorite. Serve on a sweet potato plank with charred scallions and shishito peppers. Go the extra mile and top with zucchini, microgreens, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Ingredients

Shrimp & Salmon Burgers from our seafood department (as many as needed) 

Sweet Potato Planks from our produce department (as many as needed) 

Whole Scallions 

Shishito Peppers 

Sliced Zucchini  

Microgreens 

Lemon 

Olive Oil 

Buns

Directions

Brush sweet potato planks with oil, salt, and pepper. Heat grill to medium and flip often to prevent burning.  

Brush whole scallions, shishito pepper, and zucchini with oil and char on grill. Chop or slice after charred.  

Brush shrimp & salmon burger with oil and grill until cooked through.  

Toast buns and build burger. Start with the cooked shrimp & salmon burger and top with veggies, microgreens, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Enjoy!
