The Best Irish Coffee
6 oz Irish blend coffee
1 oz shot Irish whiskey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 oz Bailey's liqueur
Nutmeg for garnish
In a large bowl, use an electric hand mixer (or the whisk attachment of a stand mixer), to whip together the heavy cream and Bailey's until stiff peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Keep cold until ready to serve.
Brew the coffee and pour in a large mug over the brown sugar, mixing until the sugar dissolves.
Add in the whiskey and stir.
Top with the Bailey's whipped cream and dust with ground nutmeg.
