Start with the earthy, somewhat sour flavor of a distinctive rye bread. Add a tangy, fermented quality that could only be sauerkraut. Fold on layers of rich Swiss cheese and a whopping heap of moist, sliced Corned Beef. Dress it all with a smear of Russian Dressing. Melting hot or not, we can feel the nostalgia from here.

Ingredients

8 slices traditional or marbled rye bread

4 Tbsp Ken's Thousand Island dressing

8 oz Swiss cheese

16 oz corned beef (more for an overstuffed sandwich) 

8 oz sauerkraut 

Directions

Start with traditional or marbled rye bread.

Top with tangy fermented sauerkraut.

Fold layers of rich, swiss cheese and a whopping heap of sliced corned beef.

Dress it all with a smear of Russian Dressing.
