Beef Kabobs with Pineapple Salsa

1 Kings organic ripe Pineapple, peeled, cored and diced small
2 Tbls Kings organic Lime Juice and 1 tbls lime zest
1 jalapeno, minced fine
1 Tbls Kings organic Orange Juice
1 Tsp Ginger, grated
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
Dash Cayenne Pepper
8 Wooden Skewers
1 lb Kings Top Round London Broil, trimmed & cut into 24 one inch cubes
1 Large Red Onion, cut into chunks
2 red peppers cut into 1-inch dice

pepper
3 tbls Kings extra virgin olive oil

1. Combine the diced pineapple, juices, jalapeno pepper, ginger, soy sauce and cayenne in a bowl, mix to incorporate all ingredients adjust seasoning with pinch of salt and cracked black pepper.
2. Meanwhile, place the skewers in a dish of cold water and soak for at least ½ hour.
3. Place 3 pieces of Grass Fed Kings Top Round London Broil steak, 2 pieces of red pepper and a chunk of onion on the end of each skewer. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Heat a grill to medium. Place the skewers on the grill and grill for 6-8 minutes or until you get the desired doneness of the steak turning several times. Serve with the pineapple salsa.
