Grilled Stone Fruit with Almond Mascarpone Dip

12 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 tbls fresh orange zest
3 tbls honey, heated in microwave
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 tbls KINGS Organic Fresh Mint, thinly sliced
2 each Kings organic peaches, plums, apricots
2 tbsl melted Kings organic sweet butter

Procedure:
Pre heat grill to medium

1. In a small bowl, stir together the mascarpone, almond extract, orange zest and two tablespoons of the honey. Scoop into a serving bowl.
2. Slice the fruits in half, lightly drizzle cut fruit with melted butter and place the fruit cut side down on grill.
4. Grill on each side until nice char grill marks appear, about 8-10 minutes. Chill slightly.
5. Cut grilled fruit halves into quarters arrange fruit to a serving platter, place the dip on the plate, sprinkle with almonds, mint and drizzle with extra honey
