Healthy Grilled Veggie Pizza

5 Small Mushroom Caps, sliced
1 Small Red Onion, sliced into rounds
1 Small Summer Squash, sliced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Pound Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Kings Shredded Mozzarella
1/4 Cup Packed KINGS Organic Fresh Basil Leaves

Preheat grill on medium.

  1. Brush onion, mushrooms, and squash with oil;
  2. Grill vegetables, 6 minutes or until tender and browned, turning once.
  3. Next, lightly use cooking spray and place dough on grill;
  4. Cook 3 minutes or until bottom is crisp.
  5. Turn crust over.
  6. Quickly top with tomatoes, vegetables, and cheese.
  7. Cover; cook 2 minutes longer or until bottom is crisp.
  8. Slide onto cutting board; garnish with basil and enjoy.
