For Hot Oats: Add 1.5 parts boiling water (or milk) to 1 part oatmeal. Wait for 2-3 mins. Enjoy! Or add 1 part oatmeal to 2 parts water (or milk) & microwave on high for 2 mins, stirring at 1 min. For Overnight Oats: Add 1 part oatmeal to 2 parts milk and/or yogurt and refrigerate overnight. Wake up. Run to the fridge. Have a stoked day. Enjoy hot or as overnight oats.
